Don’t you just hate it when you fancy a glass of wine, head over to the rack, only to find - horror of horrors - not a drop left! And you would have been in to see us, but it’s been one of those weeks where you haven’t had time to phone for an order, let alone pop in.
Well, fret no longer...
The Cellar Door Wine Club is here to help. We will drop 12 carefully selected bottles to your door every 3 months, complete with handy tasting notes and food matches to ensure you know what you’re drinking! As in the store, the range will always be diverse, covering different major wine producing areas and grape varieties.
There are two levels of membership : ‘Club’, averaging £6 - 8 per bottle and ‘Première’ averaging £9 11 per bottle. At either membership levels you can choose to receive one of three case types: all white, all reds or a mixture of both. All you need to do is decide which one you would like to go for, and the hard work is over. Simply sit back, relax and wait for your chosen case to arrive every quarter!
With each case, you will receive a preview of the following quarter’s selections. If there’s something else you fancy on there, you can easily swap case types or levels or add another case on. You are also free to skip a case, or cancel at any time. Just give us a call, or drop us an email.
It really is that easy! And you can be assured of interesting and imaginative selections from all corners of the globe - packed with old favourites from the store, new arrivals and some lines exclusive to the Cellar Door Wine Club. Also, delivery is completely free within St Albans and the surrounding areas. We will gladly deliver further a field, but this may incur a small delivery charge.  Each selection will take you on a journey around the different wine regions of the world, Old and New, with a varied selection of styles and grapes - so that you have a great wine to hand, whatever the occasion or dish you are trying to match.
Also available as All Red or All White , where you will receive 2 of each of either the reds or whites from the standard Club Case. Always less than £90 per case
The Première Case offers you the chance to have a stock of fine wines always to hand for those special occasions, or when you feel like treating yourself!
Meticulously selected from the best small producers, the selection will comprise wines that are drinking well now, but will include advise on which wines are suitable to lay down, and for how long.
Also available as All Red or All White , where you will receive 2 of each of either the reds or whites from the standard Premiere Case. Always less than £140 per case.
