Our tasting evenings are always great fun - and give you the chance to try some fabulous wines! They usually consist of a light buffet, aguided tasting followed by an opportunity to chat about the wines - and plenty of time to polish off the remaining wineand food! APRIL

Premium Card Holders Tasting - Tuesday 3rd from 3pm - Free
Your chance to have a say about what goes on our shelves. Open to all Premium Wine Card holders, try over 20 wines that we are considering adding to the range - from the classic to the distinctly unusual! Drop in anytime between 3 &7pm.

Intro to Wine Course Thursday 12th at 8pm - £20 (£15*)
Cellar Door Wines foray into the wonderful world of wine! An informal and fun look at the major grape varieties of the world, with some useful tips on how to get the most out of wine tastings and wine drinking in general!

Two Hands Dinner @ Darcy’sWednesday 25th at 8pm - £45 (TBC)
A decadent evening of fabulous food and the finest offerings from Two Hands winery in the Barossa Valley. Set in the luxury of Darcy’s Restaurant, this is sure to be a memorable evening, with a four course meal and guided tasting. Please book directly with Darcys on 01727 730 777

MAY

Madfish & Howard Park Tasting Evening Friday 18th at 8pm - £20(£15*)
A fantastic opportunity to taste the wines of one of Australia’s finest Margret River winerys. Mark Menejhello the export director of Howard Park will be on hand to guide us through a selection of both the ever popular Madfish range and the iconic Howard Park wines.

Fine Wines of Spain Thursday 31st at 8pm- £20 (£15*)
Spain is now in the opinion of many a critic, leading the world with its blend of classic wines and those more avant guard. Come along and join us as we sample a range of Riojas, Tintos and even a Gewurztraminer from this rediscovered darling of the wine trade.

JUNE

Champagne Supernova Thursday 14th at 8pm - £40 (£30*)
Join the Cellar Door team for a seriously bubbly evening! An unmissable opportunity to taste Champagnes from some of the regions finest houses, from Pol to Dom and Veuve to Krug.

Battle of the Hemispheres Round One: Whites (sorry naff name but couldn’t resist!) Thursday 28th at 8pm- £20 (£15*)
So, Sancerre or Marlborough Sauvignon? A fresh Pouilly Fuissé, or a big Aussie Chardonnay? Here is your chance to pick a definitive favourite as we pitch the Old World against the New World and, most importantly, taste some outstanding white wines.
